二甲双胍在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症中的疗效观察

Efficacy of Metformin in Infertility with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:探究二甲双胍在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症中应用的有效性和安全性。方法:收集2012年8月~2016年12月在某院妇产科治疗的120例多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者的临床资料,随机分配为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用克罗米芬及炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合二甲双胍治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后血清LH、T、FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组排卵率和妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组流产率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗过程中均未出现严重不可耐受的不良反应。结论:二甲双胍联合克罗米芬、炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗PCOS不孕症存在协同作用,可有效调节体内激素水平、提高排卵率及妊娠率。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of metformin in polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）infertility.Methods：From August 2012 to December 2016,120infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）treated in gynecology and obstetrics department in a hospital were collected and randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with clomiphene and cyproprogesterone tablets,while the treatment group was treated with metformin on the basis of control group.Results：The levels of LH,T,FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in abortion rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）.There were no serious and intolerable adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusion：Metformin combined with clomiphene and ethynylestradiol cycloproprogesterone have synergistic effects in the treatment of PCOS infertility,which can effectively regulate hormone level in vivo and increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
