脑心通胶囊联合马来酸依那普利片对原发性高血压患者血压控制及不良反应的影响

Effect of Naoxintong Capsules Combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets on Blood Pressure Control and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Primary Hypertension

目的:探讨马来酸依那普利片联合脑心通胶囊对原发性高血压患者血压控制及不良反应的影响。方法:选取某院98例原发性高血压患者,随机数字表法分组,各49例。对照组采用马来酸依那普利片治疗,观察组给予脑心通胶囊+马来酸依那普利片治疗,两组均治疗28d。统计对比两组不良反应、疗效及治疗前后血压控制情况[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]。结果:与对照组比较,观察组治疗后DBP、SBP均较低,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑心通胶囊联合马来酸依那普利片治疗原发性高血压效果显著,可有效控制患者血压,无明显不良反应,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Naoxintong capsules combined with enalapril maleate tablets on blood pressure control and adverse reactions in patients with primary hypertension.Methods：A total of 98 patients with primary hypertension from a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each.The control group was given enalapril maleate tablets,and the observation group was given Naoxintong capsules combined with enalapril maleate tablets.Both groups were treated for 28 d.The adverse reactions,efficacy and blood pressure control[systolic blood pressure（SBP）and diastolic blood pressure（DBP）]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results：Compared with the control group,the DBP and SBP in the observation group after treatment were lower,with significant differences（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Naoxintong capsule combined with enalapril maleate tablets in treatment of primary hypertension is effective.It can effectively control the blood pressure,and it has little adverse reactions,is worth of promoting.
