摘要
目的:通过对修复正畸以及种植患者的口腔三维数字化模型的建立,旨在建立可以在口腔临床中应用的三维数字化的诊治与随访流程。方法:采用三维激光扫描牙颌模型,CBCT的图像资料,重建牙与口腔的三维数字化模型,正畸患者复诊可以利用数字化模型进行比对,也可以进行CAD/CAM,直接完成冠、贴面、嵌体的制作,还可以设计种植计划的设计、以及种植的导航。260例病人的利用数字化牙颌模型进行设计与诊治,与260例常规诊治的病例对治疗时间、治疗效果、随访效果进行统计分析。结果:患者口腔通过数字化资料可以重建3D数字化牙颌模型,真实的还原了牙与口腔的真实解剖结构,在临床中应用可以直接进行临床治疗设计、精准修复体的制作、方便快捷复诊与随访,有很好的临床效果。结论:3D数字化的牙颌模型不仅可以用来保存口腔的诊疗过程情况,而且可以方便治疗方案设计、精准修复体制作方便复诊与随访,也可以用于医患沟通与临床教学。
Abstract Objective:Through the establishment of the 3Ddigital dental model of orthodontic prosthesis and implant patients,the 3ddigital diagnosis treatment and follow-up procedure can be applied in oral clinical practice.Methods:3dlaser scanning dental model and CBCT image data were used to reconstruct the 3D digital anatomic structure models of teeth and oral cavity.Digital model can be used for comparison of orthodontic patients'rediagnosis,CAD/CAM can also be used to directly complete the production of crown,veneer and inlay,implant planning design and implant navigation.260cases were designed and treated with digital dental maxillary model,and 260cases of routine diagnosis and treatment were statistically analyzed for the treatment time,treatment effect and follow-up effect.Results:The patient's oral cavity can be reconstructed by digital data,and the real anatomical structure of teeth and mouth can be restored.In clinical application,it can be directly used for clinical treatment and design,and the production of accurate prosthesis is quick and convenient for re-diagnosis and follow-up,which has a good clinical effect.Conclusion:3Ddigital dental model can be used to preserve the diagnosis and treatment of oral cavity,in addition,it can be used to facilitate the design of treatment schemes and the accurate repair system for the convenience of re-diagnosis and follow-up,as well as for doctor-patient communication and clinical teaching.
