麻醉恢复评分联合预见性护理在老年麻醉患者恢复中的应用分析

Application of Anesthesia Recovery Score Combined with Predictive Nursing in Recovery of Aged Patients with Anesthesia

目的:对麻醉恢复评分联合预见性护理干预在老年麻醉患者恢复中的临床效果进行观察研究。方法:研究时间选为2014年7月~2015年7月,研究资料选择在某院行手术治疗的老年患者80例,按手术先后顺序分为实验组和对照组(n=40),实验组实施预见性护理干预,对照组则给予常规护理,比较两组患者出、入室的麻醉恢复评分,并对其术后麻醉相关并发症以及护理满意度进行分析比较。结果:实验组麻醉恢复评分与护理总满意度高于对照组、相关并发症发生率低于对照组,组间数据差异均较大,P<0.05。结论:应用麻醉恢复评分联合预见性护理干预对老年麻醉患者生理功能恢复效果良好,可有效降低其并发症,其临床价值较高。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of anesthesia recovery score combined with predictive nursing intervention in the recovery of elderly patients with anesthesia.Methods：The time of this study was selected from July 2014 to July 2015.The data were selected from 80 patients with surgical treatment in a hospital.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group（n=40）according to the order of operation.The experimental group was treated with predictive nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing.The scores of anesthesia recovery were compared between the two groups.The postoperative anesthesia-related complications and nursing satisfaction were analyzed and compared.Results： The total score of anesthesia recovery score and nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of related complications was lower than that of the control group.The data were significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of anesthesia recovery score and predictive nursing intervention has a good effect on the recovery of physiological function in elderly patients with anesthesia,which can effectively reduce the complication and has high clinical value.
