老年人腰椎间盘突出症中西医护理临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Elderly Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:研究中西医结合护理方式对于老年人腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗效果。方式:纳入自2017年1月~2018年1月期间某院骨科收治的腰椎间盘突出症老年患者60例作为实验组,并以中西医结合方式进行护理,同期纳入49例同质患者作为对照组,以单纯西医骨科常规护理,治疗1周后对比两组的总住院时间,住院1周后腰痛的VAS分值,以及双下肢肌力恢复情况之间的差异。结果:实验组患者总住院时间较对照组低,治疗1周后腰痛VAS分值较对照组低,双下肢肌力5级别患者比例比对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医护理方式对于老年人椎间盘突出临床效果确切,值得推广。

Objective：To research the effect of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods：60elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in a hospital and treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine from January 2017 to January 2018 were included as experimental group.In the same period,49 cases of homogenous patients were taken as control group,and routine nursing in orthopedic department of western medicine was used.The difference of total hospitalizing time,VAS score after 1-week cure and the power level of double lower limbs between two groups were compared.Results：The total hospitalizing time of experimental group is less than the control group,after 1-week treatment the VAS score was lower than that of control group,and the ratio of patients with level-5power of double lower limbs was higher than that of control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of nursing combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
