医院药房中药管理存在的问题及措施

Problems and Measures of Traditional Chinese Medicine Management in Hospital Pharmacy

目的:分析医院药房中药管理存在的问题,探讨解决对策。方法:某院药房于2016年1月起实施综合中药管理,分别收集实施前(2015年1月~2015年12月)、实施后(2016年6月~2017年6月)的管理资料,进行回顾性分析,观察管理问题发生情况。结果:实施前中药管理问题发生率为35.7%,实施后中药管理问题发生率为6.7%,实施后明显低于实施前,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:医院药房中药管理中存在的问题种类较多,应在针对问题及成因的基础上制定改进措施,以提升中药管理质量,保证药品安全。

Objective：To analyze the existing problems in the administration of traditional Chinese medicine in hospital pharmacy and discuss the countermeasures.Methods：From January 2016,a hospital started to imply the integrated traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy management,respectively collected before carrying out（from January 2015 to December 2015）,after implementing（June 2016-June 2017）management information,and analyzed retrospectively,observe the occurence of management problem.Results：Before implementation,the incidence of TCM management was 35.7%.After implementation,the incidence of Chinese medicine management was 6.7%,which was lower than prior implementation,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There are many kinds of problems in the management of traditional Chinese medicine in the hospital pharmacy,and the improve measures should be made on the basis of the problems and the causes,so as to improve the quality of the administration of Chinese medicine and ensure the safety of the medicine.
