摘要
地下管线是地下空间的重要内容之一,随着全国地下管线普查工作的进行获取了大量管线数据,很多城市开展了三维管线信息系统建设工作,这需要三维管线建模技术的支持。本文结合重庆市三维管线建模工作,特别针对管线三通建模相关文献不多的现状,提出了一种圆管三通建模方法。本方法的核心在于,通过定义圆管三通的旋转中心轴,进而利用旋转中心轴及管段的3个方向,求出管段断面特征点坐标,并基于射线求交得到衔接处的交点坐标,最后构建出管线三通的表面格网。通过实验表明,利用本文方法可以实现不同方向、不同管径的管线三通三维建模,形状合理、效果良好。
Underground pipeline is one of the important contents of underground space. Along with the national underground pipeline survey and access to a large number of pipeline data, many cities try to establish three-dimensional pipeline information system, which needs the support of 3D pipeline modeling technology. In view of the number of the relative literatures about the pipe tee modeling is small, this paper presents a method for 3D modeling for tee of circular pipe based on the 3D pipeline modeling work in Chongqing. The core of this method is as follows: By defining the rotation center axis of the three-way, then use the rotation center axis and three directions of the pipe sections, find the coordinates of the section on pipe sections, and get the intersection point coordinate based on ray intersection method. At last, get the surface grid of the circular pipe tee. By carrying out experiments, the results show that this method can be used in three-dimensional modeling of pipeline with different directions and different diameters, and the shape is reasonable and the effect is good.
