摘要 OGC的开放标准为地理信息系统的互通互操作提供了基础,其已经成为GIS的标准之一。WKT是OGC关于时空定义的标准。2015年OGC颁布了新WKT标准-ISO 19162:2015,分析了OGC新WKT标准和旧WKT标准的差异,阐述了新WKT标准的新特性,并对几种新的坐标系进行了描述。最后,针对WKT字符串的组成结构和坐标系之间的关系,采用C++和GDAL开源库、设计了读取WKT字符串和构建坐标系方法和流程。 OGC open standards provide the basis for interoperability between geographic information systems (GIS), which has become one of the criteria for GIS. WKT is OGC on the definition of time and space standards. In 2015 OGC promulgated the new WKT standard - ISO 19162: 2015, this paper analyzed the differences between the new WKT standard and the old WKT standard, elaborated the new features of the new WKT standard, and described several new coordinate system descriptions. Finally, based on the relationship between the composition of the WKT string and the coordinate system, the method and process of reading the WKT string and building coordinate system are designed with C++ language and GDAL open source library.
