基于GIS的盘山县土地确权管理系统建立

Establishment of Panshan County Land Ownership Management System Based on GIS

建立农村土地确权管理系统,将解决土地确权过程存在的工作效率低、工序繁琐等问题,并可对各类信息进行系统整合,有助于土地确权方面的管理工作。本文以盘山县土地确权数据为研究对象,通过对土地确权数据库理论进行分析制定了建库技术路线,并以Visual Studio 2010为开发平台,以地理信息系统为技术核心,将将Arc GIS Engine 10.1作为GIS组件,通过C#编程完成了土地确权管理系统的开发。

Through the establishment of rural land right verification management system, to resolve land counterpoising truly exist in the working process of the low working efficiency, process trivial and integration of all kinds of information system, help to land approval of management. This article is based on Panshang County Confirmation of Land Right data for the study. Through the analysis of database theory of Confirmation of Land Right made the technical route .and Visual Studio 2010 as the development platform, ArcGIS Engine 10.1 as a GIS component and C# programming has completed land database which accords with national standards of the rural collective land ownership database.
