基于HLJCORS的边境地区大比例尺测图应用研究

2016年黑龙江省卫星定位连续运行综合服务系统(HLJCORS)试运行发布会在哈尔滨召开,标志着黑龙江卫星导航与应用翻开了全新篇章。近年在服务"边少地区"项目中积极开展应用HLJCORS,因高效的服务、及时提供基础数据,获得好评。本文是结合实际工作经验,以中俄边境漠河北极村、石林景区大比例尺测图项目为研究示范,充分发挥HLJCORS应用优势,在传统控制测量、图根控制测量、碎部测量的基础上,因地制宜、突破创新、组合发展,实践总结出适合于边境地区HLJCORS的测图应用方案,目的于为日后类似项目开展提供借鉴。

This article is the author combined with practical work experience, Especially Mohe Arctic Village and Shilin Scenic Area project in the Sino-Russian border, Ours give full play to the advantages of HLJCORS application, in the traditional control measurement, the root control, the actual application of broken parts, breakthrough innovation, combination development. The practical application of the mapping application of HLJCORS which is suitable for the border areas is summarized, which is intended to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
