摘要
目的 :了解孕期头发中钙及微量元素铜锌铁含量的动态变化。方法 :从 1 1 7例健康孕妇枕后紧贴头皮处取头发 ,长为 3 .5cm ,重 1~ 2 g ,反复清洗、烘干后 ,用原子吸收光谱法测定发中钙铜锌铁含量。 结果 :孕妇发中钙及微量元素铜锌铁含量在不同孕期内有所下降 ,但差异均无统计学意义 (P >0 .5) ;孕晚期发锌含量明显低于早、中期 ,差别有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 2 )。结论 :从孕早期开始即应调整膳食结构 ,特别是增加含锌食物 ,以促进母婴身体健康 。
Aim:To study the changes of Ca and microelements Cu, Zn, and Fe contents in hair during pregnancy. Methods:The hair samples which was 3.5 cm long and 1~2 g weighty from back head resting on the pillow of 117 pregnant women were collected. The contents of mineral in the hair were determined by atom absorbing spectrum. Results:Among 117 healthy pregnant women, the contents of Ca, Cu, Zn, and Fe had slight decline during pregnancy, but there was no significant difference at the different period of pregnancy ( P >0.5); Zn in hair at late pregnancy was obviously lower than that at early and middle pregnancy ( P <0.002).Conclusions:From the beginning of early pregnancy, women should take more food rich in Zn in order to promote mother and baby's health and prevent some diseases related to Zn deficiency.
