2型糖尿病患者25-羟维生素D与左心室功能及肥厚的关系 被引量:1

Association of Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D with Left Ventricular Function and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in T2DM Patients

摘要 目的:探讨血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者发生左心室肥厚及舒张功能不全的关系。方法:将2015年1-10月住院的70例2型糖尿病患者分为三组,维生素D充足组(n=19)、维生素D不足组(n=30)、维生素D缺乏组(n=21)。比较三组左心室质量指数(LVMI)、二尖瓣舒张早期血流峰值速度及舒张晚期血流峰值速度比值(E/A)。结果:维生素D缺乏组E/A明显低于维生素D充足组及维生素D不足组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.86、5.12,P<0.05);维生素D缺乏组LVMI明显高于维生素D充足组及维生素D不足组(t=5.05、3.78,P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者中血清维生素D缺乏患者的左室舒张功能高于维生素D不足及充足的患者,血清维生素D缺乏患者的左心室肥厚低于维生素D不足及充足患者,25(OH)D可能在T2DM患者左心室功能和左室肥厚中起着重要的作用。 Objective:To examine the relationship of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D with left ventricular diastolic function(LVDF) and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) in T2 DM patients.Method:From January to October 2015,70 patients with T2 DM were divided into the three groups,involved Vitamin D adequacy group(n=19),Vitamin D deficiency group(n=30),Vitamin D incomplete group(n=21).The left ventricular mass index(LVMI),early diastolic peak velocity and late diastolic peak velocity ratio(E/A) were compared among the three groups.Result:The E/A of Vitamin D incomplete group was lower than those in Vitamin D adequacy group and Vitamin D deficiency group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.86,5.12,P〈0.05);the LVMI of Vitamin D incomplete group was higher than those in Vitamin D adequacy group and Vitamin D deficiency group,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.05,3.78,P〈0.05).Conclusion:The left ventricular diastolic function in type 2 diabetic patients with Vitamin D deficiency is higher than that in patients with Vitamin D deficiency and adequacy,left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with serum Vitamin D deficiency is lower than that in patients with vitamin D deficiency and adequate,25(OH)D may play an important role in left ventricular function and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with T2 DM.
