摘要
目的:观察与探讨脊柱转移肿瘤血供3D数字化评估对患者治疗效果及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年6月本院收治的48例脊柱转移肿瘤患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各24例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组则以脊柱转移肿瘤血供3D数字化评估为指导进行治疗。比较两组术中出血量、临床治疗效果(临床总有效率、VAS评分)及治疗前后的生存质量评分(EORTC QLQ-BM22量表)。结果:观察组术中出血量小于对照组(U=2.271,P=0.023);观察组临床总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的62.50%(χ~2=5.779,P=0.016);治疗后3 d及4周,观察组VAS评分、EORTC QLQ-BM22量表各个模块评分均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱转移肿瘤血供3D数字化评估对患者治疗效果较好,且对生存质量有积极的影响。
Objective:To observe and investigate the influence of 3 D digitization evaluation of blood supply in spinal metastases for the treatment effect and life quality.Method:A total of 48 patients with spinal metastases from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,24 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine treatment,the observation group were treated with the treatment guided by the 3 D digitization evaluation of blood supply in spinal metastases.The intraoperative blood loss,clinical effect(total clinical effective rate and VAS score) and life quality score(EORTC QLQ-BM22 scale) before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The intraoperative blood loss of observation group was less than that of control group(U=2.271,P=0.023).The total effective rate of observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 62.50% of control group(χ^2=5.779,P=0.016).After treatment 3 d and 4 weeks,the VAS score and each module score of the EORTC QLQ-BM22 scale in observation group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of 3 D digitization evaluation of blood supply in spinal metastases in the patients is better,and its influence for the life quality is active.
