经椎间孔脊柱内窥镜下治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者64层螺旋CT成像及肌电图表现的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨并观察经椎间孔脊柱内窥镜下治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者64层螺旋CT成像及肌电图表现的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者45例作为研究对象,分析经椎间孔脊柱内窥镜下治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者64层螺旋CT成像及肌电图表现的影响。结果:治疗前腰椎间盘突出症患者突出物的CT平均值为(16.76±3.58),治疗后为(6.43±0.97),治疗后腰椎间盘突出症患者突出物的CT平均值明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.681,P=0.031)。治疗后腰椎间盘突出症患者的腓总神经和胫神经的传导速度均明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经椎间孔脊柱内窥镜下治疗腰椎间盘突出症,其能够进一步提高64层螺旋CT成像及肌电图检查的准确性和科学性。 Objective:To discuss and observe the effect of transforaminal spinal endoscopy treatment on 64-layer spiral CT imaging and electromyography presentation of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Method:A total of 45 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects.The effect of transforaminal spinal endoscopy treatment on 64-layer spiral CT imaging and electromyography presentation of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were analyzed.Result:The CT mean value of protrusion of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc before treatment was(16.76±3.58) and after treatment was(6.43±0.97),the CT mean value after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.681,P=0.031).The conduction velocities of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc through transforaminal spinal endoscopy can further improve the accuracy and scientific nature of 64-layer spiral CT imaging and electromyography inspection.
