医联体建设助推分级诊疗实施策略

Implementation Strategy of Medical Union Construction to Promote Grading Diagnosis and Treatment

针对目前基层医疗机构卫生资源不足、卫生服务能力不够、相关制度不完善、医疗机构之间缺乏有效沟通渠道等分级诊疗实施壁垒,分析加强医联体建设对助推分级诊疗实施的重要意义,以期通过加强医联体的建设,建立区域内分工协作机制,推进优质资源下沉;建立信息共享平台,促进卫生信息可及和共享,不断完善分级诊疗相关政策制度,积极助推分级诊疗的逐步实施。

In light of implementation barriers of classification diagnosis and treatment,such as the lack of basic medical institutions,inadequate health resources and health service ability,imperfect relevant systems,the lack of effective channels of communication between medical institutions,to analyze the significance of strengthening the construction of the medical union to boost the implementation of classification treatment; to strengthen the construction of the medical union,establish the cooperation mechanism of division of labor within the region so as to to promote high-quality resources to sink; to establish information sharing platform,promote health information access and sharing,and constantly improve classification treatment system of relevant policies so as to actively boost the implementation of classification treatment.
