古溪针刀联合定向透药疗法治疗血瘀型颈椎病的临床观察

Clinical Study on Guxi Needle Knife and Directional Permeation Therapy for Blood Stasis Type of Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨古溪针刀联合定向透药疗法在血瘀型颈椎病中的应用价值,观察其对患者临床症状及颈椎功能的影响。方法将2017年9月—2018年2月因血瘀型颈椎病就诊的80例患者作为研究样本并依据随机数字表法分组,对照组40例采用普通针刺治疗,观察组40例采用古溪针刀联合中医定向透药疗法,4周为一疗程。比较两组治疗前后颈椎处疼痛评分、颈椎功能改善情况,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组疼痛评分(VAS评分)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组临床评价量表(CASCS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用古溪针刀联合定向透药疗法治疗血瘀型颈椎病效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the value of Guxi Needle Knife and Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Medicine in the treatment of blood stasis type cervical spondylosis,and to observe its effect on clinical symptoms and cervical spine function. Methods 80 cases of patients with blood stasis type cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to February 2018 were used as study samples and grouped according to the random number table method. 40 cases in the control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture and 40 in observation group. The case was treated with Guxi Needle Knife and Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Permeation Therapy. Four weeks was a course of treatment. The scores of cervical pain before and after treatment and the improvement of cervical spine function were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the pain score VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the CASCS score was higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 97. 50%（ 39/40） in the observation group and 77. 50%（ 31/40） in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with blood stasis type of cervical spondylosis,the application of Guxi needle-knife and traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug therapy has significant therapeutic effect,and it is worthy of promotion.
