手足口病早期合并细菌感染患儿应用血清IL-6、IL-10、CRP和PCT水平检测的临床价值

The Clinical Diagnostic Value of Serum IL-6,IL-10,CRP and PCT Levels in Children with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease with Early Bacterial Infection

目的探讨血清IL-6、IL-10、CRP和PCT水平检测对手足口病早期合并细菌感染患儿的临床诊断价值。方法选取早期足口病患儿90例为观察组,并根据患儿是否合并细菌感染分为单纯组51例和感染组39例,选取同期体检的健康儿童50例为对照组,比较3组间IL-6、IL-10、CRP和PCT水平差异。结果观察组患儿IL-6、IL-10、CRP以及PCT水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染组患儿CRP以及PCT水平明显高于单纯组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染组和单纯组IL-6、IL-10水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-6、IL-10水平在鉴别手足口病是否合并细菌感染方面的意义有待于进一步研究,而联合CRP和PCT检测可为临床鉴别早期手足口患儿是否合并细菌感染提供可靠的实验室依据,利于临床早期用药治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of serum IL-6,IL-10,CRP and PCT levels in children with hand foot and mouth disease with early infection of bacterial infection. Methods Select 90 cases of children with early bacterial infection of hand foot and mouth disease to form the observation group,then divide them into simple group of 51 cases and 39 cases of infection group according to whether they have other bacterial infections. Select 50 healthy children,who underwent hospital physical examination,to form the control group. Compare to determine the difference between three groups of IL-6,IL-10,CRP and PCT level. Results The observation group with IL-6,IL-10,CRP and PCT levels were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）; the levels of PCT and CRP infection group was higher than simple group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）; the infection group and the simple group IL-6,the level of IL-10 had no significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The significance of IL-6 and IL-10 levels in the differential diagnosis of HFMD complicated with bacterial infection needs further research,and combined CRP and PCT detection for clinical diagnosis of early HFMD patients provides reliable laboratory proof for bacterial infection,hence conducive to early clinical treatment.
