"双一流"建设是我国新时期教育改革的一项重大战略决策,其关键是要建设世界一流学科。正确解读"双一流"学科建设目标和指向,有助于医院重点学科建设布局的调整。医院重点学科建设要坚持学科方向服从国家战略需要、突出学科建设重点、打破学科壁垒、重视学术带头人选拔,从而推动医院整体学科建设水平的不断提升。

＂Double First-class＂ construction is a significant strategic decision in education reform of new stage in China whose key task is to construct the first class discipline across the world. To understand correctly the goals and direction of the construction is helpful in the adjustment of the key discipline establishment and the layout of the hospital. The direction subject to national strategic need,highlighting the focus of discipline construction,breaking discipline barrior and focusing on the selection of academic leaders in the key discipline construction must be adhered to so that the continued improvement in the overall discipline construction in hospitals is promoted.
