通过软件模拟,确定了合理的坯料尺寸,通过用较小的漏盘局部镦锻法兰的方法,成功生产出了曲轴曲臂锻件。
Reasonable blank size has been worked out by software simulation, further by method of local upsettingflange with smaller leaking plate, crank arm forgings of crankshaft have been manufactured successfully.
