摘要
食品文献检索课程是针对高等教育食品相关专业本科开设的一门应用性和实践性很强的课程。为了适应高速发展的信息时代,需要不断对食品文献检索课程进行教学形式改革和教学内容更新。本文将转动课堂理念与食品文献检索课程相结合,对在教学实践过程中的经验和体会进行一些交流与讨论,以期增强食品文献检索课程的授课效果,提高学生自学能力,更好的为社会培养学术型和应用型人才。
Food Literature Retrieval is a practical course for undergraduate students who major in food science related discipline. In order to chasing the high speed development information age, it is necessary to constantly reform teaching methods and update teaching contents of Food Literature Retrieval course. The concept of turning classroom was integrated in teaching of Food Literature Retrieval course in this paper, and some experiences and understandings obtained from the teaching practice process were communicated and discussed. This could helpful in enhancing the teaching effects of Food Literature Retrieval, improving students' self-study abilities, better training academic and applied talents for the society.
