摘要
体验式教学理论是一种以学生为中心的培养学生学习能力、实践能力和创新创业能力的教学理论。本文以食品毒理学课堂教学为例,针对体验式教学理论在食品毒理学课堂教学中实施的必要性、实施途径和实施步骤、注意事项等内容进行了探讨。以期为提高本科生教学质量,培养应用型食品质量与安全专业人才提供参考。
Experiential learning theory is a kind of student-centered teaching theory, which can cultivate students' learning ability, practical ability and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. This paper discussedthe necessity of use experiential learning theory in food toxicology classroom teaching, and the way of implementation, implementation steps and precautions. This paper may provide a reference to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching, and cultivate applied food quality and safety professionals.
