摘要
分析了国内高速绞线机设备的技术现状,指出其机械结构和控制系统的缺陷,介绍了一款新型高速绞线机的控制系统的设计。在该控制系统中,设计了一款嵌入式控制器作为现场DDC控制器,并将该控制器布置到线笼内部。通过基于ZigBee的无线通信模块,线笼内控制器可以稳定地与线笼外HMI设备进行无线通信。设备中的铜环-碳刷结构只用于向线笼内部的电气设备提供直流电源。该控制系统可以有效地提高高速绞线机的性能。
This paper analyzes the technology- status of the domestic high-speed strander, points out the defects of its mechanical structure and control system, and introduces the design of the control system of a new-style high-speed strander. In this control system, an embedded controller is designed as a field DDC controller, and the controller is fixed inside the wire cage. By the wireless communication module based on ZigBee, the controller in the wire cage can reliably communicate with the HMI device outside the wire cage. The copper ring carbon brush structure in the machine is only used to provide DC power to the electrical equipment inside the wire cage. The control system can effectively improve the property of the high-speed strander.
