文章探讨政府主导下创新街区的规划发展要素,从企业家、政府机构、高校与科研院所、金融机构、辅助产业等方面进行了阐述。
This paper probes into the planning and development elements of the innovation block under the guidance of the gov-ernment, and expounds from the aspects of the entrepreneur, the government organization, the university and the scientific research in-stitute, the financial institution, and the auxiliary industry, etc.
