铁路货车轮对段修故障统计分析

摘要 文章通过对大量铁路货车轮对段修数据样本的统计分析,总结轮对磨耗故障特性,并基于分析结果提出合理化运维管理建议。分析结果表明,该铁路货车运营单位的轮对存在轮径差超限、踏面局部凹陷和踏面剥离三大主要故障类型,其故障主要来源于钢轨表面偏磨、异物和局部缺陷;三大故障都将导致大的轮径镟修量,对轮径损失的占比达到约42%;该单位轮对踏面磨耗速率明显高于轮缘磨耗,镟前轮缘厚度均值较镟后值约高出1-1.5mm。 Based on the statistical analysis of a large number of railway wheelset repair data samples, this paper summarizes thecharacteristics of wheelset wear fault, and based on the analysis results, puts forward the reasonable operation and maintenance man-agement recommendations. The analysis results show that there are three main fault types in the wheelset of the railway freight car,which are the overrun of wheel diameter difference, the local depression of tread surface and the peeling off of tread surface. Thefaults are mainly caused by the partial wear of rail surface, foreign bodies and local defects. All three faults will result in largewheel turning and repair, and account for about 42% of the wheel diameter loss; the wheel tread wear rate of this unit is obviouslyhigher than that of the wheel flange wear, and the average thickness of the front wheel edge is higher than that of the rear wheel,which is about higher than that of the rear wheel 1-1.5 mm.
