摘要
无损检测监控箱在实际工作过程中容易受到随机振动的影响,为避免故障盒因为随机振动受到不可逆破坏,在无损检测监控箱的研发过程中,对盒体研制方案进行了随机振动分析,通过试验提取了环境随机振动频谱,建立了新型无损检测监控箱的有限元模型,仿真分析结果表明,新型无损检测监控箱满足设计输入条件,并对无损检测监控箱的优化设计给出了一定的减重方案。
Nondestructive testing (NDT) monitor box is easy to be affected by random vibration in the actual working process. Inorder to avoid the failure box from irreversible damage because of random vibration, in the research and development process of NDTmonitor box, The random vibration analysis of the development scheme of the box body is carried out, the spectrum of the randomvibration of the environment is extracted through the experiment, and the finite element model of the new type of nondestructive test-ing and monitoring box is established, and the simulation analysis results show that: The new type of NDT monitor box meets the de-sign input condition, and the optimal design of NDT monitor box is given.
