厚煤层综采工作面收尾技术应用与实践

摘要 铁煤集团大兴煤矿开采厚煤层已有10余年时间,累计回采煤炭2000余万吨。从2008年N2903首个大采高工作面开采至今,经过多年的探索与实践,克服了厚煤层开采的一系列难题,尤其是对大采高综采工作面收尾期间的回采工艺、层位管理、帮顶支护、安全措施及设备回撤等方面,积累了丰富的开采经验。极大缩短了工作面收尾工程时间,满足了采空区防火要求,实现了工作面安全回撤。 Iron Coal Group Daxing Coal Mine has been mining thick coal seam for more than 10 years, with a total recovery ofmore than 2000 tons of coal. Since N2903's first large mining height working face was mined in 2008, a series of difficult problemsin thick coal seam mining have been overcome through years of exploration and practice. Especially for large mining height fullymechanized mining face during the end of the mining process, layer management, roof support, safety measures and equipment with-drawal and other aspects, accumulated rich mining experience. The maximum fully-mechanized coal mine shortens the working facefinishing project time, satisfies the goaf fire prevention request, and realizes the safe withdrawal of the working face.
