长沙市岳麓区后湖综合整治规划建设研究

长沙市岳麓区后湖的规划建设以符合湘江新区滨水城市形象以及岳麓山风景名胜区整体保护要求为前提,突出自然与人文艺术、自然与产业发展的有机融合,通过后湖综合整治工程,以有机改造、综合整治的方式,美化建筑形象、优化生态系统与交通网络、打造城市优质开敞空间与滨水公共空间、完善城市配套基础设施,提升城市形象,将后湖片区打造成为长沙中心城区宜居宜业的生态治理示范区。研究通过对长沙市岳麓区后湖的背景以及空间演变特征进行回顾与总结,分析其存在的问题,进而提出规划策略与行动,以期为长沙市岳麓区后湖综合整治提供一定参考。

The planning and construction of Yuelu Lake in Changsha City should meet the requirements of Xiangjiang New Dis-waterfront city image and the overall protection of Yuelu Mountain Scenic spot, and highlight the organic integration of naturaland human arts, natural and industrial development. Through the comprehensive regulation project of the Houhu Lake, the buildingimage will be beautified, the ecological system and transportation network will be optimized, the urban quality open space and water-front public space will be created, and the urban supporting infrastructure will be perfected by means of organic and comprehensiverenovation. To enhance the image of the city, after the lake area will be built into Changsha City Center suitable for the ecologicalgovernance demonstration area. The background and spatial evolution characteristics of Houhu Lake in Changsha Yuelu District arereviewed and summarized, the existing problems are analyzed, and the planning strategies and actions are put forward, in order toprovide some reference for the comprehensive treatment of Houhu Lake in Changsha City.
