水利工程造价全过程的控制措施与管理探析

伴随着我国社会经济的快速发展,水利工程对于国民经济的增长具有非常重要的作用。由于我国水资源和电力资源的需求量不断增长,为此必须要提高水利工程的造价全过程控制,从而保证水资源和电力资源的稳定运行,解决我国当前的能源危机,更好的保障我国社会经济的发展。文章针对目前水利工程造价全过程控制措施进行分析,加强对于水利工程全过程的造价全过程控制效果提升,水利工程的造价全过程控制和建设水平。

With the rapid development of social economy in China, hydraulic engineering plays a very important role in thegrowth of the national economy. Due to the increasing demand for water resources and electric power resources in China, it is neces-sary to improve the whole process control of the cost of water conservancy projects, so as to ensure the stable operation of water re-sources and electric power resources and solve the current energy crisis in our country as well as better safeguard China＇s social andeconomic development. This paper analyzes the whole process control measures of water conservancy project cost at present, andstrengthens the whole process control effect of water conservancy project cost, and the whole process control and construction level ofwater conservancy project cost.
