尿酸代谢过程中相关酶及转运体的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 尿酸代谢过程中黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、磷酸核糖焦磷酸合成酶(PRS)等关键酶遗传缺陷和尿酸盐转运体人尿酸盐阴离子转运体1(hURATE1)、人尿酸盐转运体(hUATE)、人有机阴离子转运体(hOAT)、尿调节素、多药耐药相关蛋白4(MRP4)等转运体的基因突变可导致尿酸代谢稳态失衡,引发高尿酸血症和(或)痛风。本研究就尿酸合成和排泄途径中相关酶及转运体的研究现状进行综述,为诊治痛风和高尿酸血症及特异性靶点药物研发提供新思路和新方向。
