双源CT双能量技术在痛风诊断中的作用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析双源CT双能量技术在痛风诊断中的作用。方法:选取我院2016年2月至2018年2月收治的87例痛风患者作为观察组,另随机选取70例其他关节炎患者作为对照组,使用双源CT对两组患者腕关节、膝关节和踝关节进行扫描,由专业影像医师对影像和相关数据进行分析,观察尿酸盐结晶检出状况。结果:经双源CT检查,87例痛风患者中有84例尿酸结晶呈阳性,其诊断敏感性为96.55%,70例其他关节炎患者有4例尿酸结晶呈阳性,其诊断特异性为94.29%;痛风患者中,血尿酸增高与血尿酸正常者尿酸结晶阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);骨质破坏和骨质正常者尿酸结晶阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用双源CT对痛风进行诊断,其敏感性和特异性较高,可直观准确的显示出尿酸盐结晶沉积状况,值得临床推广和应用。
