药物治疗帕金森病引发五羟色胺综合征患者原因分析及药学监护 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析药物治疗帕金森引发五羟色胺综合征的原因,为临床药师对此类患者的药学监护提供参考。方法:通过参与1例帕金森病药物治疗引发五羟色胺综合征的治疗方案制定,对患者实施全程药学监护,临床药师将治疗药物的选择和药物不良反应(ADR)监测作为切入点,开展药学监护。结果:临床药师在药学实践中,通过建立合理的用药监护计划,全程协助治疗,防止药物不良反应的发生。结论:临床药师对患者实施药学监护可以提高药物治疗水平,防止药物不良反应的发生,保障患者用药的合理性。
