摘要 目的探讨早期新生儿胆红素脑病的诊断方法。方法选择20例高胆红素血症患儿和20例正常新生儿,比较其苍白球T1WI信号强度,分析患儿苍白球T1WI信号强度与其血清TBIL、IBIL水平之间的关系。结果高胆红素血症患儿苍白球T1WI信号强度明显高于正常新生儿(P <0.01),患儿苍白球T1WI信号强度与其TBIL、IBIL水平不具有直线相关性(P>0.05)。结论新生儿高胆红素血症能引起苍白球T1WI信号的显著升高,但苍白球T1WI信号强度不能作为诊断早期新生儿胆红素脑病的特异性标准。 Objective To investigate the diagnosis of early neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy. Methods 20 children with hyperbilirubinernia and 20 normal newborns were enrolled. The T1WI signal intensity of glo bus pallidus was compared. The relationship between T1WI signal intensity and serum TBIL and IBIL lev els was analyzed. Results The T1WI signal intensity of globus pallidus was significantly higher in children with hyperbilirubinernia than in norrnal newborns ( P 〈0.01). There was no linear correlation between T1WI signal intensity and TBIL and IBIL levels ( P 〉0.05). Conclusion Neonatal hyperbilirubinernia can cause a significant increase in T1WI signaling in globus pallidus, but the T1WI signal intensity of globus pallidus cannot be used as a specific criterion for the diagnosis of early neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy.
