摘要
目的探讨3D-ASL脑灌注成像技术用于临床诊断缺血性脑血管疾病患者的临床价值。方法以宝鸡市人民医院2016年1月—2017年12月期间收治的105例缺血性脑血管疾病患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行3D-ASL脑灌注成像技术诊断和3.0T场强磁共振应用MRA血管成像诊断,比较3D-ASL诊断结果与MRA一致性,并对两种诊断方法的影像学图像差异进行比较和分析。结果 3D-ASL与MRA诊断大面积脑梗死的一致率为100%,诊断小面积脑梗死的一致率为77.14%,诊断短暂性脑缺血发作的一致率为80.77%。结论 3D-ASL诊断大面积脑梗死与MRA具有较高的一致性,与MRA相比,3D-ASL诊断缺血性脑血管疾病的灵敏度略高。
Objective:To discuss the clinical value of three-dimensional arterial spin labeling(3D-ASL) cerebral perfusion imaging technique in diagnosis of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:A total of 105 cases of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in Baoji people's hospital from Jan 2016 to Dec 2017 were selected as research subjects,and all of them were diagnosed by 3D-ASL and 3.0 T magnetic resonance angiography(MRA),the image differences between two diagnostic methods were compared.Results:The consistent rate of 3D-ASL and MRA in the diagnosis of large area cerebral infarction,small area cerebral infarction and transient ischemic attack were 100%,77.14%and 80.77% respectively.Conclusion:3D-ASL diagnosis of large area cerebral infarction with MRA has high consistency.Compared with MRA,3D-ASL has higher sensitivity in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
