摘要
为了解决传统沥青搅拌站在噪音、粉尘、废气和能耗方面的问题,以传统沥青搅拌站为研究对象,通过价值工程分析搅拌站存在不合理的部位与布局方式,按功能进行分区,对搅拌站产生的噪音、粉尘和废气进行测量与计算,针对污染源进行布局和结构上的改进。结果表明,改进后的再生工厂在噪音、粉尘和废气污染源上均能达到相关排放标准。
In order to solve the problems of noise,dust,exhaust gas and energy consumption of conventional asphalt mixing plants,by taking the traditional asphalt mixing plant as the research object,the unreasonable parts and layout of the mixing plant was analyzed through value engineering.Partitioned by function,the noise,dust and exhaust gas produced by the mixing plant were measured and calculated.Layout and structural improvements were made in terms of pollution sources.Research shows that the improved recycling plant can meet relevant emission standards on noise,dust and exhaust gas.
