高层非对称结构楼房斜拉爆破拆除技术与实践 被引量:4

摘要 为了顺利爆破拆除位于城市闹市区65.8m高的框架结构楼房,根据因设计和施工的误差,楼房西侧墙面内收12°左右,使楼房形成非对称结构,导致稳定性较差的情况,先对楼梯间、电梯井的剪力墙进行预拆除,然后在大楼1~4层开凿直角三角形爆破切口。采用斜线起爆的"斜拉"爆破方法,矫正不对称结构造成的偏量力矩,配合双电源闭合双回路复式起爆网路,采取精细化施工作业,进行楼房爆破拆除工程,取得了圆满成功,实现了楼房倒塌定向准确,爆破区域及附近环境安全无损害的目标。爆破效果完全满足设计及规范要求,可为类似结构建筑物爆破拆除提供一定的指导和借鉴。 In order to smoothly demolish the 65.8 mhigh frame structure building located in the downtown area of the city,according to the error of design and construction,the wall on the west side of the building is closed by about 12°,which makes the building form an asymmetric structure,resulting in poor stability.Firstly,the shear wall of the stairwell and the elevator shaft is pre-demolition,and then a right-angled triangle bursting incision is made in the first to fourth floors of the building.The "cable-stayed" blasting method using oblique line detonation corrects the partial moment caused by the asymmetric structure.With a dual power supply closed dual-circuit duplex detonation network,fine construction work was carried out,and the building blasting demolition project was carried out,which was a complete success.The goal of accurate collapse of the building is achieved,and the blasting area and the surrounding environment are safe and harmless.The blasting effect fully meets the design and specification requirements,and can provide some guidance and reference for the blasting demolition of similar structural buildings.
