摘要
针对某市山体场平爆破施工环境复杂的情况,采用控制爆破技术和分区爆破方案。在施工过程中,为了减少爆破振动、爆破飞石对周边高层建筑物、民房的损害,采用Ⅰ区深孔爆破,Ⅱ区深孔与浅孔控制爆破相结合,运用V形爆破网路、孔底空气间隔装药、有选择性改变地震波主传播方向等技术手段,辅以爆破振动监测,根据爆破效果及测振数据,验证方案的可行性和安全性。工程结果表明爆破方案可行,无爆破飞石事故,爆破振动控制在安全允许范围内,确保了爆破施工顺利进行。
In view of the complicated construction environment of site leveling blasting in mountain of a city,controlled blasting technology and district blasting scheme are adopted.In the construction process,in order to reduce the damages of blasting vibration and blasting flyrock to surrounding high-rise buildings and houses,respectively,zone I is a deep hole blasting zone,and II is a short hole and deep hole combining blasting area.In these areas,safety technical measures such as a V-type blasting network,air-filled charge at the bottom of the hole,changing the main propagation direction of seismic wave are taken and be supplemented by blasting vibration monitoring.The feasibility and safety of the scheme is verified according to the blasting effect and vibration measurement data.The project results show that the blasting vibration is controlle within the allowed range of vibration and without flying rock accident,which improve the blasting scheme is feasible,and ensure the safety of blasting construction.
