摘要
甲基戊烷型溶剂是以2-甲基戊烷和3-甲基戊烷为主要成分,并含有少量2,2-二甲基丁烷、2,3-二甲基丁烷、正己烷等C6烷烃的混合物。具有馏程窄、沸点低、比热及汽化热低的物理特性,在工程实际中,甲基戊烷型溶剂与正己烷溶剂相比,在浸出方面具有蒸汽消耗低、溶耗少,废水量少等优势,具有良好的应用前景。
Methyl pentane type solvent were based on 2 - methyl pentane and 3 - methyl pen-tane as the main components, and contained a small amounts of 2 ,2 - two methyl butane, 2,3- two methyl butane, n - hexane and other C6 alkanes. Methyl pentane type solvent had the phys-- cal characteristics of narrow distillation range, low boiling point, low specific heat and low vapor-ization heat. In engineering practice, compared with n - hexane solvent, methyl pentane type sol-vent had the advantages of low steam consumption, less solvent consumption, less waste water and so on, and had a good application prospect.
