Energy-comsuption measurement and energy-saving analysis on cooling water circulating water pump of water cooling low temperature genset in horizontal warehouse

通过对水冷粮面空调水系统中水泵在不同流量下的测试,得出不同流量条件下的能耗数据,分析水泵能耗的影响因素,测试和实际应用表明循环冷却水泵采用定压变频调速方法简单,容易操作,且具有明显的节能效果。

Through the test of water pump in water cooling water system under different flow rate, the energy consumption level under different flow conditions is obtained. The influence factors of the energy consumption of water pump are analyzed. The test and practical application show that the method of constant pressure frequency conversion speed regulation is simple and easy to operate, and has obvious energy saving effect.
