This paper focuses on the influence of hierarchical diagnosis treatment policy to three level hospitals in present. It analyzes the situation that three level hospitals faced from four aspects of advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats by SWOT analysis. Thereby,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of conforming hierarchical diagnosis treatment policy development trend and increasing its competitiveness.
