摘要
在工程设计人员对抽水蓄能进出水口初步开展体型设计时,常需考虑如何在满足规范取值范围内尽可能地优化体型,以期得到较好的水力性能。据此,采用三维数值模拟方法对某抽水蓄能电站进出水口的水力性能进行优化设计,通过模拟进出水口的双向流动,利用k-e模型减小松弛系数迭代得到流场,并从流速分布、流量分配、水头损失等方面进行考量,计算并对比分析进出水口的流速不均匀系数、孔口流量分配系数、水头损失系数,最终得到水力性能较优体型,为类似优化设计问题提供参考。
When the project designer develops the initial shape design of the pumped storage inlet and outlet,it is often necessary to consider how to optimize the body shape in order to obtain better hydraulic characteristics. This article mainly used the 3-d numerical simulation method to simulate the two-way flow of Inlet-outlet,also used the k-e model reduced coefficient of relaxation iteration to get the flow field,Optimized the hydraulic performance of pumped storage plant Inlet-outlet. The optimization design mainly based on velocity distribution,flow distribution and head loss.Calculation and contrast analysis of the velocity of non-uniform coefficient of each size in and out of nozzle,orifice flow distribution coefficient,head loss coefficient,finally get the hydraulic performance of the optimal shape design,provide reference for similar design optimization problem.
