中晚期宫颈癌实施顺铂联合多西他赛同步放化疗效果的临床研究

Clinical study of concurrent cisplatin combined with docetaxel chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer

目的:探究中晚期宫颈癌实施顺铂联合多西他赛同步放化疗的效果。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,将2014年8月至2016年8月在遵化市人民医院妇科接受治疗的60例中晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和干预组,每组30例患者。对照组采用单纯放射治疗;干预组在对照组治疗基础上给予多西他赛同步放化疗。对两组患者治疗前后的T细胞亚群变化情况、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况进行综合评价。结果:干预组患者治疗后CD3、CD4等相关指标显著优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组治疗后有28例患者显示有效,占比93.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者治疗后发生胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制等不良反应与对照组呈现明显差异,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中晚期宫颈癌患者给予顺铂联合多西他赛同步放化疗,能够有效改善患者的免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率,促进症状缓解,提升患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of concurrent cisplatin combined with docetaxel chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods： 60 patients with advanced cervical cancer who were treated in the Department of Gynecology,Zunhua People＇s Hospital,from August 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups： control group（ n = 30） and intervention group（ n = 30）. The control group received radiotherapy while on its basis the intervention group received concurrent cisplatin combined with docetaxel. Changes in T cell subsets between before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results： The CD3,CD4 and other related indexes were significantly better in the intervention group than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. There were 28 patients effective in the intervention group,which were 93. 3% significantly higher than the 70. 0% in the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions including gastrointestinal reaction and myelosuppression（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Cisplatin combined with docetaxel chemotherapy can effectively improve the immune function of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,promote the relief of symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
