无症状性弱精子症的中医研究

Traditional Chinese medicine study on the asymptomatic asthenospermia

弱精子症应当归于传统中医所说的"精清"、"精寒"、"精薄"、"精冷"范畴。弱精子症不是一个独立的疾病,而是多种致病因素共同作用的结果,各种学术观点都以"肾虚"为本,即肾虚是精子活力低下症发病的根本原因。而从临床症状来看,绝大多数弱精子症患者既无明显的身体不适,又无明显的典型症状。一般采取微观辨精与整体辨证相结合和体质辨证的方法进行辨证论治。即便如此,仍有一部分患者无"证"可辨,提出无症状性弱精子症的概念。本文围绕"弱精子症"和"无症状性弱精子症"概念的中医辨证论治进行了综述,认为无症状性弱精子症的基本病机是"脾肾亏虚夹瘀毒"的"本虚标实",补益脾肾、解毒祛瘀是其最终治则。

Asthenospermia is classified as ＂dilute sperm＂,＂chilly sperm＂,＂thin sperm＂and ＂cold sperm＂. Asthenospermia is not an independent disease but a result of a combination of factors. Academically,＂deficiency of the kidney＂is regarded as the reason of asthenospermia,but from the clinical point of view,most asthenospermia patients have no symptoms. Therefore,the method of＂microcosmic sperm discrimination＂and＂physique discrimination＂are joint adopted to treat patients. Even so some patients have no other symptoms,so the concept of＂asymptomatic asthenospermia＂is put forward. This article argues the pathogenesis of asymptomatic asthenospermia is ＂deficiency and stasis toxin of the spleen and kidney＂which means＂asthenia in origin and robust in superficiality＂,so the method of tonifying kidney and spleen,detoxifying and removing stasis is adopted for treatment.
