扶正排毒方联合高效抗逆转录病毒疗法治疗艾滋病的临床研究

Clinical study of Fuzheng detoxification prescription combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy in the treatment of AIDS

目的:探讨扶正排毒方联合高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)治疗艾滋病的临床研究。方法:选自东南大学附属南京第二医院2012年12月至2015年12月期间收治的艾滋病患者104例,按照随机表法分为观察组52例与对照组52例。对照组采用HAART治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合扶正排毒方治疗。两组疗程均为12个月。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后症状体征积分、卡诺夫斯基积分及细胞免疫功能变化。结果:观察组有效率(90.38%)高于对照组(69.23%),两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状体征积分降低而卡诺夫斯基积分增加,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状体征积分低于对照组而卡诺夫斯基积分高于对照组,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(t=9.538、7.244,P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD4增加而CD8、CD4/CD8降低,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD4、CD4/CD8高于对照组而CD8低于对照组,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(t=22.825、9.270、15.150,P<0.05)。结论:扶正排毒方联合HAART治疗艾滋病患者疗效显著,具有重要研究意义。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng detoxification prescription combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy（ HAART） in the treatment of AIDS. Methods： 52 AIDS patients were selected from December 2012 to December 2015 and randomly divided into observation group（ 52 cases） and control group（ 104 cases）. The control group was treated with HAART,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng detoxification prescription on the basis of the control group,both for 12 months. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The scores of symptoms and signs,Karnofsky integral and cellular immune function before and after treatment were compared. Results： The effective rate of the observation group（ 90. 38%） was higher than the control group（ 69. 23%）,with statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. The symptom score decreased in the two groups after treatment and Karnofsky integral increased,with statistically significant differencebetween the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）.
