摘要
五粮液酒选取上等的大米、小麦、糯米、玉米、高粱5种粮食,按照传统工艺酿制而成,作为浓香型酒的代表深受国内外消费者的青睐。五粮液酒的品质直接与粮食的质量有关,对此,在五粮液原产地域建立酿酒专用粮基地,能有效供给酿酒原料,确保五粮液的品质和特色,同时有利于提高种粮效益,降低粮食生产成本,促进粮食转化,带动当地经济发展。对专用粮基地的建设进行了探讨。
Wuliangye is made from five kinds of fine grains including rice, wheat, glutinous rice, corn and sorghum by traditional technology. As the representative of Nongxiang Baijiu, Wuliangye is favored by consumers at home and abroad. The quality of Wuliangye is directly related to the quality of grains. Accordingly, Wuliangye Distillery has constructed speical liquor-making grain base,which could effectively supply liquor-making raw materials, ensure the quality and characteristics of Wuliangye, and improve grains planting efficiency, reduce grains production cost, promote grain transformation, and drive local economic development. In this paper,the construction of the special grain base was discussed.
