抗炎镇痛中药马钱子外用制剂的研究进展

Research Progress in the Topical Preparations of Traditional Chinese Medicine Semen Strychniwith Anti-Inflam-matory and Analgesic Effect

马钱子是马钱的干燥成熟种子,具有通络止痛、散结消肿之功,其疗效为历代医家所推崇。现代医学认为,马钱子的主要活性和毒性成分为生物碱,其具有中枢兴奋、抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤、抑菌等作用,临床价值较高。其中,马钱子的抗炎镇痛作用主要应用于各种关节炎痛,这类疾病具有局部程度重、发病部位深等特点。但由于马钱子的治疗剂量和中毒剂量接近,口服难以控制最佳剂量,起效慢,持续时间短,所以临床应用受限。而外用是提高马钱子安全性和有效性的重要方法,故未来对马钱子相关制剂的研究可为临床开发疗效好、不良反应少的马钱子新药提供参考。

Semen Strychni is the dried mature seed of Strychnos nuxvomica L.. It has the function of unblocking the collaterals and relieving the pain,dispersing the knot and eliminating swelling. Its curative effect has been recommended by the doctors of all dynasties. Modern medicine believes that the main active ingredients and toxic components of Semen Strychni are alkaloids,which have central nervous excitability,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,anti-tumor,antibacterial effect,etc.,therefore is of high clinical value. Among them,the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Semen Strychni is mainly applied to kinds of arthritis pain,which has the characteristics of high local severity and deep position. However,the clinical application of Semen Strychni is limited because the oral treatment dose and poisoning dose are close,that the effective dose is hard to control through oral administration,and the effect is slow and the duration is short. The external application is an important method to improve the safety and effectiveness of Semen Strychni,so the future research on Semen Strychni preparation can provide a reference for the clinical development of new drugs with high efficacy and less adverse reactions.
