在线同步对称拉伸仪的研发及应用

摘要 通过自主研发在线同步对称拉伸仪,配合二维X射线衍射仪研究材料在拉伸场下结构演变的情况。通过该仪器对材料内部不同尺度有序结构在外力场下演变情况的检测,研究材料某一微观尺寸结构与材料某一宏观性能之间的对应关系。设备尺寸控制在15 cm×7 cm×10 cm(长×宽×高)之内,采用伺服电机和平行丝杠、对称螺纹的设计保证样品拉伸过程的对称性。将该仪器应用于实验中,能够让学生在学习中建立材料结构和性能之间的逻辑关系,培养学生的动手实践和综合应用知识的能力。 Synchronous stretch test machine was developed for X-ray diffracmenter with 2D-detector independently, and it was used to study the evolution of material structm'e during the tensile process. The con'espondence between a certain micro-structure and macro - mechanical proper6es was studied through the instrmnents' detection of the evolution of ordered structures at ditterent scales inside the material under the external force field. The size of machines is 15 cm x 7 cmx 10 era( length x width x hight) , and the ser- vo motor, parallel screws and symmetrical screw threads are used to make sure the symmetry of the sample stretching process. Apply- ing the instrmnent to experiment can enable students to build the logical relationships between material structure and pertformance in learning, can cultivate students' hands-on practice and comprehensive application of knowledge.
