高等院校二级单位仪器设备管理模式探析

A Study on Equipment Management Mode in University Subunits

仪器设备是高等院校进行教学、实验和科研的基础保障,采取高效有序的仪器设备管理模式,不仅可以更好地利用和保护国有资产,也可以更好地服务高校教学、实验和科研事业。清华大学精密仪器系针对"学校-院系"二级管理模式存在的问题,建立"以项目组为单位"的仪器设备管理模式,取得良好效果,为高校仪器设备管理提供了实践经验。

Effective and orderly management over instrument and equipment can not only protect national assets and put them in proper use but also serve teaching,experiment and scientific research of university because they are fundamental guarantee of these jobs.In Department of Precision Instrument of Tsinghua University,a ＂project team＂-based management mode is operating well since its establishment to solve the problems in previous ＂university-department＂management mode,which offers some practical experiences to other universities.
