摘要
近年来,高校教师健康问题日渐突出,引起了教师个体、学校和全社会的关注。健康信念模式以认知理论为导向,是运用于个体健康行为阐释的成熟理论模型。在对高校教师进行健康教育时,以健康信念模式的内容为依据开展工作,通过多种方式引导教师树立正确的健康信念,激发教师疾病筛查的意向,排除教师疾病筛查的阻碍与制约因素,从而促进教师采取积极的疾病筛查行为,有效促进自身身心健康发展。
Not only teachers but also their employers and even the whole society are now concerned about university teachers' health issues for they are becoming a serious problem in recent years.In the health education for the group of people,the health belief mode,a mature theoretical model to explain individual health behaviors based on cognitive theories,is to be employed to guide teachers to develop a correct outlook of health,trigger their willingness to participate in disease screening,eliminate those obstacles and restrictions,and promote their physical and mental health as a result.
