腹腔镜手术在妇科手术中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery in Gynecological Surgery

目的探析腹腔镜手术在妇科手术中的临床应用效果。方法方便选取2017年2月—2018年1月市医院收治的100例妇科急腹症患者为主要对象,根据入院时间分两组,各50例。两组分别行传统开腹手术、腹腔镜手术治疗,对比治疗效果。结果观察组的术中指标(手术时间、出血量、切口长度)、术后指标(排气时间、下床活动时间、切口愈合时间和住院时间)均明显优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义;观察组的术后并发症发生率为4.0%,明显优于对照组的18.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科手术中应用腹腔镜手术的优势颇为显著,兼具有效性和安全性,值得推广。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in gynecological surgery. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 100 patients with gynecological acute abdomen who were admitted to the hospital were selected as the main subjects. According to the time of admission, the patients were divided into two groups, each with50 cases. The two groups were treated with traditional laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery, and the results were compared.Results The intraoperative indicators（operation time, blood loss, incision length）, postoperative indexes（exhaust time, bedtime time, incision healing time and length of stay） in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the groups. The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 4.0%, which was significantly better than that in the control group（18.0%）. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The advantages of using laparoscopic surgery in gynecologic surgery are quite significant, both effective and safe, and worthy of promotion.
