分析甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在宫外孕治疗中的效果

Analysis of the Effect of Methotrexate Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探究将甲氨蝶蛉联合米非司酮应用于治疗宫外孕的效果。方法方便选择该院2012年8月—2017年8月间收治的宫外孕患者60例作为研究对象,通过计算机随机抽签分组的方式,将所有患者分为对照组和实验组,每组中均包含30例患者;对照组患者采用单纯米非司酮口服作为治疗方案,而实验组患者则在此基础上加入甲氨蝶蛉进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗完成后,实验组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组明更高,实验组治疗总有效率为90.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.279 5,P=0.002 3);同时实验组患者的包块消失(16.8±4.9)d,腹痛消失(7.4±2.6)d以及阴道流血消失时间(12.4±2.8)d较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(t=4.662 7,6.275 7,6.423 3,P<0.05)。结论在对宫外孕患者进行临床基础治疗时,应用甲氨蝶蛉联合米非司酮对其进行治疗,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,并且能够缩短患者的不适感时间,有较高的临床应用价值,是一种有效的治疗方案,值得推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients admitted between August 2012 and August 2017 in the hospital were convenient selected as the study subjects. All patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group by computer randomization. Each group contained 30 cases; Patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone orally alone as the treatment program, while patients in the experimental group were treated with methamidopipa on the basis of treatment. The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results After the treatment was completed, the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. The total effective rate in the experimental group was 90.00%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 73.33%. The difference was statistically significant（χ^2=9.279 5,P=0.002 3）; At the same time, the mass of the patients in the experimental group disappeared（16.8±4.9）d, disappearance of abdominal pain（7.4±2.6）d, and disappearance time of vaginal bleeding（12.4±2.8）d was significantly shorter than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（t=4.662 7,6.275 7,6.423 3,P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of ectopic pregnancy in patients with basic clinical treatment, the use of methamphetamine combined with mifepristone can effectively improve the patient＇s treatment effect, and can shorten the patient＇s discomfort time, has a higher clinical value, and is an effective treatment program, it is worth promoting.
